Tasted at the winery. A nervous wine. Very linear, unbalanced acidity. Seemed like it could not make up its mind between a very dry Riesling and a sauv blanc. I had high hope that this would make me think of California meets vouvray, but it didn't work for this naive palate. This wine is made in concrete eggs that impart a nice mineral it's and wet stone character to the wine.
