Crimson appearance. Dusty, scorched earth bouquet of cooked and fresh cherries, raspberries, black olives, and pencil lead. Youthful, very Rhone-like flavors. Integrated, gaining more fruit the longer it sat in the glass. Medicinal finish.

Not and outstanding wine for this vintner. Age has taken its toll (DRINK NOW). Seemed overly dry, almost no nodes of fruit... that said, easy to enjoy and pair with venison or beef, due to the moderate acidity.
Perfect for a casual dinner with friends.
