Delicious. Silky lemon curd flavors balanced by lots of mineral flavors. Finish showed more of the same. Went well with crab cakes. Mature, drink over next couple of years.

Medium yellow with greenish glint. Surprisingly ripe pineapple right out of the gate, which contrasted with prior experience where the wine was not as ripe. This eventually gave way to more citrus and sea breeze. Sappy feel, only average acidity, but the balance and structure are saved somewhat by nice, salty minerality which kicks in. It finished better than it started, but there is no denying a bothersome (to me, at least) exoticism and richness in this particular bottle.

Pretty typical Chablis profile, though Jean is initially put off by the hint of toasty oak in the finish. Much better after a couple of nights in the fridge. Now it's got more cut, more minerality and no trace of the oak. Quite nice.

Medium yellow and medium weight. A straight shot down the middle, with equal parts of ripe citrus fruit and fine saltiness. Drinking like a charm now.
