  • Tart, crisp, lemony. Tasted slight hint of oak. A little young yet, I think. Maybe should've let it sit longer per drinking window, but still enjoyable. Has a lot of potential to age well.

  • Really big. But unlike some of the other biggies, this doesn't show an RS quality. Seems dry. I wonder what the intended drinking window is on this. Has fairly big acid on the finish but up front this is very round and a bit soft. They mention cutting back on the oak but it is still dressing this wine up. Some sulphur on the nose. Maybe a few years will bring this wine into better balance but for now, it is good for a glass but it is too agressive to have much more.
