Pale pink. This wine has a very interesting nose. It smells floral with a honeyed minerality and a little grassiness. Tastes like it smells. Flowers, and stone.Crisp, fresh and fun. Easy to drink.

The aromatics though complex, are a bit muted, showing notes of strawberry, grapefruit, fresh mint, morning dew, rose petal, and sea spray. The palate opens with crisp red berries, tart orange/grapefruit, and citrus. Lemon/lime and a mineral spine arise on the mid-palate, later continuing onto a finish of lingering saline, fresh basil, and sweet cranberry. The minerality and acidity stand out in this wine, lending direction to the palate and driving the finish. This is a well made rose with a savory focus, and will also likely benefit from some time in the cellar. R&M 88

the soon-to-be wife said that she could still taste watermelon about an hour later. that was a bad thing, she said. and i guess i would've agreed with her, but that wasn't my experience. i found it pretty enough (i second manonthemoon's notes), although i kept thinking there are lots of pretty rosés that don't put you out 21 bucks.
