  Medium yellow color. Aromas of green apples, honeysuckle and lime sorbet. Ripe, full-bodied fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length. Mostly dry and persistent on the palate. This delicious wine was outstanding with the spicy and delicious food at Kalaya Restaurant.

  With Dulcie working on some exotic Asian-themed number on the stove, I thought this might match quite well. A bit past the sell-by date perhaps, though not in fact as it turned out. The warm gold color betrays the age, but the slight off-dry stone fruit manifest a wine still in a good place. The usual minerality and mouthfeel we like in Alsace.
