4th of 4 bottles, last one was consumed 2 yrs ago. This wine is delicious, and still has some gas in the tank. Black cherry, mocha, espresso, and sage. Chewy tannins and moderating acidity. Drink now through 2022+.

Very dark center, dark red rim, no real signs of age. Spicy, brambles and black raspberries, creamy, many layers of complexity, oak. Smooth, raspberry and blueberry, good acidity and tannin, long red fruit finish. Excellent mountain Merlot, drinks well now with food, but has at least 5 years ahead.

(Seavey Vineyard Merlot) Very dark red violet color; appealing, tart black fruit, herbs, tobacco nose; tart black fruit, espresso palate; approachable now; medium-plus finish (w/10% Cabernet Sauvignon; 50% new French oak)
