A nose of some dark fruit, medium garnet in color. A medium bodied Cab, with black cherry, some licorice and spice on finish, nothing complex but drinkable.

Good reasonably priced everyday cab. Nothing special. Needed decanting, but nicely complimented steak and potatoes. Decent red fruit and hints of vanilla.

color: raspberry jello, before it sets; nose: faint earthy oak; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, chalky tobacco taste (but no fruit!), chalky and slightly green medium-length finish; overall: meh -- unbalanced and without a pleasing personality, lacks fruit notes; tastes like an ordinary Old World pour; priced to move ($9) but comes in well below KS's usually-high standard of delivering both quality and great value

Serviceable in an emergency. Otherwise good for cooking. Heavily oaky.

No flaws or defects. Weak fruit forward without significant tannin or structure and little finish. There are better wines at this price point.
