  Decanted for a couple of hours. Nose of some red cherry, funk and a touch of VA. Saline infused palate, lovely texture and verve with lots deep red cherry flavor.

  In a nice place. Sweet soft cherry and sous bois. Great perfume pushing into the secondary realm. This is all about the nose. Palate decent, balanced, could have more length.

  August 18: pulled the cork on the remaining 20 ounces and enjoyed it for dinner. No degradation in the past 12 days, this is lovely again, tonight.
