Like the nose, lots of banyards, sweet red fruits and wild leather skin. Good soft texture and fine tannins, the blend of sweet fruits flavour and the earthy notes and on the palate is particularly impressive. Good acidity too, good freshness lift upnthe wine nicely and the finish is sweet and long too.

Alcohol :: 13.5% Opened for 4hrs and decanted for 2hrs. Medium garnet core. Similar cold herbs and spices note to Janasse Chaupin but with barnyard and leather note that's is quite dominating. I would say this is more traditional CDP aromatic profile but both Chaupin showing good. Medium bodied. The tannin is quite integrated after the long aeration with good balance. Fresh and bright compare to the last bottle, even though the barnyard inner perfume is around the mouth and the texture is quite creamy. Not too long though.

Color was light red, with pale edges. Scents were red fruit and earthiness. Tastes were promienntly both red fruit and earthiness. Both favors were very forward.

Very nice truffly, earthy aromas with hints of red fruit. Faded a bit from the last bottle, it needs a little air. Savory with some spice, with fruit a bit withdrawn, still nice acidity and light tannins. A touch lacking in body. Moderate finish.

Quality wine - big fruit. Would have liked more earth/bramble funk to complete the package.
