Pear and tart apple on the nose. Flavors of grapefruit skin, fresh cantaloupe, salty sea water, honey and straw, with an after taste of lime and vanilla. Pleasant minerality and slight grassiness made it a good match for fish and roasted asparagus. Reminded us of handcrafted Pinot Grigios we enjoyed in northern Italy.

Pear nose
Mild lime, asian pear, apple and slight grassy/oaky notes.
Rather dry with pleasant taut minerality.
