  Grapeyer than grapes, and more delicious. Also complex, with an amazing aroma that you can read all sorts of fruit into. The tannins at this stage have mellowed and are wonderfully silky. It's in a good spot right now, but I wouldn't hold this one much longer. Despite it being nearly 15% abv I don't get a ton of heat off of it, and again because of time it's not at the young, "chewy" stage, so it goes wonderfully with food. I like it with breakfast.
