  Checking in on my last of 4 of these, and it's still holding up. Medium (+) garnet color with some purple flecks. Smells like black pepper, graphite, earth, mushrooms, dark fruits, walnuts, seashells. Medium body and and finish, medium (+) acid, with flavors of dark fruits, lemon, minerals, and spice. Tangy, bright, tasty. Worked well with a French onion styled chicken dish.

  My last bottle of 20 purchased! Fully integrated, deep and smooth, perhaps just past its peak. Cork crumbled on opening.
