  Beautiful pink with ruby highlights. Raspberries and sandalwood on the nose; watermelon and minerals on the palate. The Nebbiolo gives it structure, the Pelaverga gives it terrior and the Barbera gives it the acidity. A delicious wine to enjoy the spring, summer and really any time with a salad, beef tartare and bresaola. A great Italian rose.
