A French Friday Night on the Deck (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light-medium salmon color. PNP, drank 2 glasses over an hour. Boy this was stellar on a toasty evening on the deck with some antipasti. Very fresh and clean with nice earthiness, cherry and a bit of strawberry and decent minerality. Well crafted. Probably even a touch better than I remembered. Holding very well.

Reddish side of salmon in color. Not particularly fragrant and certainly not fruity or floral. Not sweet, in fact, pretty dry. Very subtle stone fruit, a touch of oak, mild acid, and a long finish.
Red drinkers might like this.

I echo the sentiments of my friend Rocknroller below. This is a cleanly made Rose with no flaws. Yes, it could be more mineraly and be of higher interest but that comparitive would be unfair as this is no Tavel or Bandol, and of course, this is only $7 on sale. A steal for the price IMO. 89+ points.

This was a nice accompaniment to the salmon on this evening. Still crisp and fresh with cherry and minerals.
