  Domaine Louis Jadot, purchased from The Sampler.
  
  A slightly closed nose, with notes of red fruits, barnyard and thistles. Touch below medium bodied, cool red fruits, driving acidity, a firm sweep of tannins on the midpalate, slight mineral twist on the end. Not the most complex Burgundy, but the core of fruit in this one is still going strong and this can still be held for some time (although unsure if much further development will take place).
