Enjoyed this bottle a lot. It's austere with tension and has lots of lemon notes, with a rocky, mineral quality. This wine would be very hard to mistake for anything coming out of the new world chard camp. My style of chablis.
After about 2 hours open this wine was glorious, a gust of sea air aromatically, very mineral. A distinctively bitter, quinine taste emerged that I liked a lot. Toward the end of the bottle the wine was champagne-like in its combination of brightness and creaminess. Paired well with an aged goat's cheese.
