  Destemmed and cold soaked 24 hours, inoculated and punched down 3x daily. 1000 cases made. An interesting wine as it is an salmon orange colored wine (which most would put in the rose category) but is made from a white grape. Notes of roses and wet stones with some orange peel. An interesting but not complex wine. 86 points

  Coppery salmon color. Floral, strawberry nose. Lots of citrus, orange, lemon and some pleasing herbal tones on the palate, with more citrus acid on the medium length finish. Pretty good, but simple quaffer.
