  Opened to welcome Christmas this wine is a mid intensity gold with a lifted nose of white peach, delicious apple, pineapple and touches of mango, apricot and honey. The palate has rich zesty fruit with a touch of botrytis exoticism and a gripping acid finish that gives a long and satisfying finish. What it lacks is a little bit of mid-palate dimension that would lift it to the next level that I expect in a great GKl. That may come as the wine evolves for now its delicious if not quite thrilling !

  香气规整，有着明亮的菠萝等热带果味、黄桃和香水柠檬，花香秀气，矿物和燧石的香气明显，还有着些许鲜奶味。整体不太紧致，但颇有活力。入口酒体中，结构感不太强，集中度中，酸甜都高，酸度入口高挑，后面慢慢软柔下去，持续性一般。菠萝、柠檬、苹果等果味明亮精致，收尾的矿物带有烟熏和辛辣感。91-92/100

  Prior bottle was virtually exactly a year ago and this wine continues to shine. Nose was more aromatic than I recalled from the prior bottle showing lots of orchard fruits mixed with floral qualities and then richer, more distinctly tropical notes and just a touch of honey behind. Between medium and full bodied and initially, mostly orchard fruit upfront (especially peach and apple), but quickly mixes in orange, pineapple and mango through the mid-body which has impressive depth and excellent concentration. As much complexity as the mid-body showed tonight, felt like there were still additional notes there behind. The acidity was much more prominent than in my last bottle and the tart orange and citrus seemed more vibrant as well. The contrast they set up, especially when the wine was on the cooler side was really enjoyable. The depth, complexity and balance of this wine remain a clear step ahead of the Graacher Himmelreich. Wish I'd bought a half dozen more of these. Should continue to improve for a number of years with peak still several years in the future.
