  • Very rich, delicious without being over-anything. Not a single flaw or piece out of place. Complex nose of chardonnay fruit, ripe pear, and gala apple flesh, mingled with hints of rose essence and anise. Intense, sumptuous layers of pear, apple, brandy, melon, nibble of mineral. Lively, perfect tang. Best texture of ANY wine I've ever had - silky and soft, yet not like glycerin. Lingering creamy, fruited, lightly caramel finish. Lightly oaked, no butter. With cheese, shellfish, or alone. Absolutely beautiful, Brett!

  • Delicious and rare in its fineness. Concentrated, complex, and structured - the majors are a great fresh balance of classic chard fruit flavors (but richer), stone, food friendly bite, acid tingle. A touch of oak. Layers and layers. Super silky, without the butter unctuousness. Finish lingers long.
