  PnP'ed, and decanted after the 1st-round of pours. Golden-yellow. Nuts, slight oxidative tones, bruised-pears and spice notes dominated the nose. This tasted like it had some age, but definitely still fresh & racy on the palate, with good intensity & texture. Nice!

  A bit darker color and not expected. Decanted for an hour and then served 2 hrs later. The last 2 glasses were sensational. Fruit, stone, meadow of flowers. Just wanted those glasses to last longer. Incredible finish. Drink/Hold

  Decant for an hour. Citrus, lemon and very well integrated. Sipped over an hour and as it warmed up their was a velvet smooth finish. Drink/Hold.

  We are big believers about decanting Ramey wines. Did this for 1/2 hour but should have gone longer. Opened very nicely with a prawn dish or swordfish. Only heard...I want more.
