  Cherry berry toast. Guessed bling based on colour and billecarts awesome style. Clean fruit due to house style of double cold settling. Great quality great price.

  Smelled Pinot Noir as soon as it was poured... love those wines that jump out of the glass! The color is straw gold with a tremendous amount of tiny bubbles. The smells are almonds, honey, flowers, orange peel, salinity, and lychee. The tastes are honey, crisp pear, sea salt, lime, lychee, tropical fruits, floral notes, and crisp mineral notes. The body is modest and the texture is crisp and dry. This is a damn good wine for the price!

  No notes taken. Light lemon, very fine and lively effervescence. Medium(-) aromas and ditto flavors of lemon, biscuit and apple. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium(-) alcohol @ 12% abv. Very elegant, has all the trappings of the B-S, elegance, delicate mousse, persistence, suave, less complex. Yet at this price, what a steal: will buy the complete stock. Very good!
