  Simple, fruit forward nose with blueberries, plums, peppers and some baked puff pastries. Some freshness keeps the aroma from feeling too plump. Medium bodied, sweet palate with overripe blueberries. A sensation of salted, fatty butter towards the middle. Not much tannins, and much less acidity, but a decent finish. Buy the Portrait-series Shiraz instead and get a much better wine for a few bucks more.
