  • Two years laying down in my cellar. Clean and bright lime-yellow colour. Less lemony and more apricots and pears on the nose. Some shell mouthfeel too. Gliceric, rich palate. Bitter aftertaste. How I agree: Cheers to Laroche for using screw caps in America and quality corks here in Europe. Plastic for plastic culture? Heyyy mates smile please, just joking! Pairing a dozen of wild raw oysters. At 17€ per bottle, highly recommended.

Dos años descansando en mi bodega. Color lima-amarillo limpio y brillante.

  • Wonderful white burgundy. Nose of not overly done oak and lemon. Full mouth feel with nice minerality and chalkiness. Cheers to Laroche for using screw caps - no more corked bottles!
