  Decanted for 2 hrs. Paired well with a Top Sirloin Roast. Smooth with a long finish.

  The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, alcohol/hot, black pepper and mineral. It tastes like pomegranate and coffee. The body is medium. The wine finishes short. The wine has high acidity.
