Another great find at Olivers in Santa Rose for $15. From a winery never heard of: Brack Mountain.
Color is vibrant watermelon flesh Nose is essence of liquid strawberry, with a bit of cream In The Mouth: wonderful texture and creaminess, strawberry, citrus, blood orange.
Shows well even warm, mark of a good rose'
Well done. must grab more.

A lovely pink color; strawberries and a hint of vanilla on the nose; juicy, fruity but not sweet, acidic and refreshing on the palate; medium finish. Would be fantastic QPR for $12 or $14 but I paid $22.

So elegant for a pinot rose and much brighter/larger than I would have expected. Really good strawberry, subtle vanilla, cotton. nice firm acidity and absolutely beautiful/somewhat effervescent in the glass. Would happily buy this again at the local store. paired w/ homemade pizza. worked very nicely with the pineapple addition to the pizza. big fan of this one - one of the nicer rose wines I've had lately.

2011 Rosés (Beltramo's, Menlo Park, CA): Whoa, big ripe strawberry nose. Medium bodied with medium acidity. Sweet strawberry and sweet citrus. More weight than the rest with a slightly creamy texture but also plenty of acidity. Nice rose but a bit bigger than I prefer.
