Enjoyable but seeming to miss an added dimension of complexity that may have developed with more time. Drank over 90 minutes with no decant. Ordered at a nice restaurant so not quite the QPR others mention. Overall a fun and fresh wine with stone fruits, tart apple, and mineral. Does not disappoint.

Apples, chamomile, minerals, and a bit of citrus on the nose. Bitter orange peel, citrus, and ripe apple on the palate. Texture is silky and finish quite long and lingering. Great QPR.

Surprised to find I still had one of these since I hated them when they were younger - dripping with sweet oak to the point I just gagged on it back then. This was full straw to light golden; typical classy WB nose and flavor profile with the oak now (amazingly) fully integrated. Balanced and quite nice!

The vintage showed here. 2009 was a bit ripe but this is utterly delicious. Lots of stone fruits and honeydew, some wax and just a hint of butter. Masterful oak integration. Precise but rounded on the palate. Mid length finish. Went great with a hot summer afternoon.
