Tasty! Adams Bench Cabs are always a favorite. Paired with grilled flat iron steak, roasted broccoli risotto and Caesar salad. Really came alive with the food.

I opened this bottle up and had a small glass with dinner, didn't let is breathe long enough. Put it away and refrigerated it vacuumed and rubber corked, then opened it after a week, and it was significantly improved, in my mouth was magnificent. Let it breathe or put it aside! You will be rewarded.
