Taste: Light bodied with noticeably high acidity. The acidity is very sharp and this does show itself to be dry with tones of pears, white fruits, green apples, and some flinty minerals.
Overall: This needed some more depth to really get going. Still, it's a very good dry riesling that is a bit angular.

Peach nose. Underripe peach in the mouth. Nice to try a WV Riesling but this isn't something I'd come back to.

Reticent aromas. Angular mouthfeel. Short fruit. Not much going on.

Sunny January day = tasting around off North Valley (Willamette Valley): Very soft aromas, and smell a little soapy. Nice palate, but it feels quite sweet (it's not... .4% RS), but nice fruits here. Mild and tart finish, leaving the mouth puckering.

2 Days in the Valley- Day 2 (Willamette Valley, OR): Nose: This has some piercing aromatics with tones of white fruits, pears, quince, and green apples. There is a lack of depth on the nose sadly.
