Barossafied. Heavy, ripe, aniseed. I think this one got away as i would find it very hard to pick as chianti or indeed Italian. Easy enough drinking but no purpose.

Powerful dark cherry flavors, much denser mouthfeel than most Chiantis, lasting finish - going back for more at $10 per bottle. Black olive nose on day 2, similar flavors.

Dusty cherry, perfumed, slight sweet tobacco…in the mouth the wine has flavours of cherry and unripe banana skin and a zesty, tending to unripe, acidity that becomes a little overbearing and tart. Odd
