Tasted at the winery in June 2013. The best bottle by far we tasted that day. Excellent pairing with Thanksgiving dinner. Stored at 57F since then. Needed 40min of air but then it sang all night thru dinner and desert. Not even close to over the hill and worth the price of admission.

Winorama: A winter in Wineland III; 1/4/2019-1/13/2019 (Portland/Willamette, Eureka, Napa): First bottle we had was just total brett in the glass. Ended up trying another bottle and I'll say it was less pronounced (also because the bottle was starting a bit cooler), but still there's the barnyard and funk going on there. I think both were likely a bit off esp looking at other notes.

Oregon... (Spoon and Stable): I grabbed a small pour as a fee for opening this wax capsule. Tangerine, bubble gum, and this really pops. Elegance and power, but also kind of nondescript. Oregon? I don't taste Oregon here.

Archery Summit Estate Vertical (Jason's House): Pop and pour. Tasting alongside the 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2013, this was the favorite by most people. There was ample acidity to match the silky vibrant fruit. Again, this should be from California, not Oregon.

From a magnum. Needed an hour decant before it fully opened, but then it was singing.
