A wonderful Brut Rose Champagne. So enjoyable. Fine, persistent bubbles, refreshing acidity, complex and interesting flavors of strawberry, brioche, minerals, peach, green apple.

Nose: strawberry, brioche, slight toast, pear, lemon.
Palate: mostly follows the nose + slight apple seed-like bitterness. Shimmering, tantalizing acidity and a long finish, very very light tannin, medium- body. Clear as a bell.
Would be awesome with sushi!
