Spotted this and thought it would be interesting to compare to Pradeaux's excellent Bandol rosé. This definitely pales in comparison, and not just because of the faint pink hue. Nose is very faint, dominated by chalky minerality, with the faintest hint of strawberry and watermelon. Palate is very subdued, with faint peach notes and a slightly tannic finish. Low acidity, combined with low fruit, ends up creating a wine that's too restrained for its own good.
