Extremely oak-driven butterscotch is joined by some lemon and honey aromas. There is a thread of disjointed lemony acidity overlaying the butterscotch and pear flavors, with rich texture, but a disappointingly short finish. Lovers of oaky, buttery chardonnay should enjoy this, but I find the style boring.

Custard, citrus nose and palate. The oak is nicely integrated to form a caramel-like flavor. Could use a bit more acidity, but overall, an excellent wine.

Dark yellow collor. Butterscotch and citrus notes. Long on the finish. Complex and smooth, yet lacking a bit of acidity.

Lemon custard nose. Caramel, butterscotch palate. Flavorful, but perhaps a bit flabby. Perhaps served too warm? Needs some more acidity.
