Meant to open a 2010 Unoaked but got this instead. Oops. This was excellent in all respects. What I'd thought was a touch of oxidation from the age is actually, in retrospect, oak. A great bottle and worthy of 10-12 years of age for sure.

Very nice. Clear oak influence, but in a lovely integrated way. Vanilla, pear, hint of lemon still. This will come together even nicer in the next couple years I think.

Initially more woody than I remembered but it opened up into a nice pear/caramel combo and was delicious.

PEEK Catered Dinner Party at the Museum. This was delicious, you didn't miss the oak at all, very nicely balanced. Four out of five stars.

not my style of chardonnay. Not much oak, no butter taste. Kind of flat. Will not buy more.
