  • Blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre. Spicy nose with plum skin, bluberries, black currants and some raspberry twist. Pretty young and primary. On the palate flavors of dark berry fruits and again raspberry notes. Medium+ bodied, somewhat surprisingly lower tannins (compared to what you can find in a similar Cotes du Rhone in general) and restrained acidity. Alcohol pokes out quite a bit resulting in a hot finish. Somewhat remote and muted, lacking aroma intensity on the palate, but still quite pleasant.
