  Lurton Tasting; 12/10/2012-12/11/2012 (London): Powerful nose let down by the palate which lacks concentration or complexity. Some stony minerality but finishes very short.

  Very good. Pale yellow color. Green apples on the nose. Light flavors of dry lemon up front, with a little zing on the finish. Very light and refreshing. Worked well with seafood and I could also see it working well by itself as an aperitif.
