From a 375. Deep orange color; similar to notes before with nice aromas of citrus orange fruit, pure and concentrated; palate has great balance of sweetness and acidity, fresh fruit, but has started to lose its persistence in the midpalate. Still a lovely drink, but I will finish my last half in the near future. 90
Dinner at Home (Fremont, CA): From 375. Medium golden color; nose has crystalline pure orange, citrus, purity of an icewine; palate is full bodied, excellent acidity to balance the sweetness, but even more than past notes this lacks persistence and depth on the palate; finish is short. This is on the decline and will not be improving, drink up in the short term. Still immensely pleasurable, but won't live up to top tier icewines. 89-
Coravin 12/31/13: Consistent with prior notes. Always enjoyable. 90-91 Coravin 3/5/14: Great concentration of fresh orange and pear flavor, great purity for an icewine. Consistent with prior notes. Coravin 11/8/14: Absolutely no change from past notes. Very enjoyable.
From a 375. Coravin 12/21/13: Tropical orange fruit, great intensity on the nose, great purity; good balance of acidity and fruit flavor. Consistent with last note. Still excellent, but I don't think this is gaining much with additional age. Drink up and enjoy! 91-92 12/30/13: Similar to note above.
From a half. Consistent with previous notes. Concentrated pure fruit, especially citrus and oranges. Compared to previous bottles, the fruit may just be starting to thin out a bit. Maybe I'll speed up on the rest of the bottles. 90-91
