  Excellent value (at around Eur 13). A multifaceted nose showing exuberant white peach and pear fruit, elderflower, and maybe a hint of blackcurrant bush, but underpinned by a cool, steely quality. Vibrant on the palate, pronounced citric notes, and a great minerality. Good stuff.

  Il faut lui donner quelques minutes dans le verre pour dissiper l'odeur un peu souffrée perçue au départ.
  On a ensuite un profil sur la pomme acidulée légèrement caramélisée ainsi qu'un côté un peu "poussiéreux" qui est sûrement une des manifestation de cette fameuse "minéralité" si difficile à saisir et à décrire. En bouche c'est légèrement perlant avec une finale très subtilement sucrée bien balancée par une belle acidité. Très frais et même un peu estival comme profil.
