PnP. Nose is full of blueberries and spice along with a layer of something I couldn’t place but my wife thought was currant. On the palate, it still has some blueberry but the fruit has taken a backseat to the bramble and savory aspects. Very enjoyable but I liked it better a few years ago.
Update on night 3 after VinVac - this ranks up there as one of my favorite Bedrock wines ever! What a seamless integration of fruit and savory aspects. Incredible.

PnD let air for 2hrs. Dark opaque purple with plum to clear rim. Blackberry pate sage and earth on the nose. Medium weight with nicely burred tannins. Plum blackberry sage and earth. Ripe and fresh. Riper than the Pagani great contrast. Very impressive given 2011 was supposed to be an off vintage. Lots of life ahead.

(Bedrock Wine Co. Zinfandel Saitone Ranch) Very dark purple red violet color; very appealing, deep tart berry, violets, black currant nose; tasty, tart black currant, violets, tart black fruit palate; needs 2-plus years; medium-plus finish

Likely peaking, a pleasant zin with mixed dark berries, herbs and a bit of earth. Integrated medium acid/tannins.
