Hard lemon candy with some mineral/saline and hints of vanilla custard on the finish. Soft and rounded with medium acid. I like this wine but I think I prefer the slightly less expensive Tradizionale bottling which seems to have more tension and is slightly crisper. This was my last bottle and I now think I should have kept this for a year or two just to see what happens.
