  80% Sangiovese, 20% Alicante. Very dark ruby colour. Obvious tobacco and other humid green grassy smell on nose. Mainly dark cherry taste with some nice acidity on palate. Some cherry-like aftertaste. Quite fruity but the layer is simple and one dimensional. Full body. Some mineral hint after 1 hour and licorice hint after 3 hours. Tannin is still young, dry and bitter. May improve in next 1-2 years but not much potential for aging. Quite universal for food pairing.
