(but to be clear this is totally dry). very nice finish with decent persistence. overall character reminds me of a good meursault, if that makes sense.

  Typically crisp sauvignon blanc. More fruit, apple and grapefruit, began to emerge after 45 minutes or so. To be fair, I'm not a big sauv blanc fan, but I liked it more as a drank and it opened up. Probably wouldn't pay that much again for the experience.
