When I want a good, substantive mid-week one Cotes du Rhone's are my go to wine - and this wine delivered. Savory nose with red fruits, stone & garrigue. On palate, medium body, medium acidity, medium tannins and medium+ finish. Rasbperry, tart cherry & wet stone on palate. Very nice. 91+ This has aged extremely well.

My last bottle of this case. With the Ayers.
A: Dark and Dense.
N: Tertiary
P: Rich and thick. Great texture. The tannins have come around. However the fruit a wee bit stewed, so drink up.

Much better this time. Velvety feel. Smooth blackberry and licorice. Nice finish.

Drunk at Temple House in Sligo.
Very happy with how this is showing, St Cosme strikes again, but no analysis done at the time.
