Short decant. Extremely mineral, on both the nose and the palate. Maybe a longer decant? -- as the minerality overshadowed much of everything else, except the acidity.

Bu en même temps que le 2012 et le 2012 parraissait plus vif et plus long que le 2011, les 2 sont bien.
Nez sur les citrons, les coquillages et les abricots.
En bouche, assez vif et un brin minéral, des abricots et des citron confits sur une finale saline moyennement longue.

Issu du SAQ CV Prestige et patrimoine édition 2014, 39$. Burg91
Robe jaune citron claire. Belles larmes en paroi.
Nez ample et envoutant de brise marine. Citron confit.
Bouche avec craie, citrons confits, mielleuse. Trame minérale omniprésente et bien fondue au fruit, bien longue.
Un des plus beaux Chablis que j'ai croisé à date. Ample. Méditatif.

Opens up very slowly. Closed, lots of acidity first day. Next day much better. Vibrant aromas of lime, peach. Quite powerfull but not overewhelming, leaves some space to minerality. Good, not too great

Superbe! Acidité un peu basse pour la région, c'est tout de même bien frais et franchement délicieux. Très bel équilibre, le vin est bien expressif, très satisfaisant.
