2 bottles opened over the last 2 days. It passed already. Drinkable but it was too late. I doubt it can be kept until 2032 as mentioned. 1 bottle left which we plan to drink quickly.

Feels like right on the edge, but maybe I'm just jaded and expecting the worst. Very light on its feet. Purity of fruit with just a touch of acidity and citris.

Starting to get some darker gold tones in color. White flowers and a bit of brine on the nose. Fantastic flavor with soft citrus, well balanced acidity, and a long smooth finish. Excellent wine. Great now but can go longer.

Really tasty and drinking well now; the nose here is lovely with crisp apple, sea breeze, lemon peel, a hint of iodine; the palate is crisp and vibrant, but has the added depth of a grand cru and the finish lingers beautifully. Delicious.

Coravin 375ml out from a fresh regular sized bottle into carafe over lunch at BLP. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, yellow gold colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of honeysuckle white flowers, saline wet stones minerality, light honey toast, ripe citrus lemon, briney iodine seashell with more air. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honey lemon oil, precise saline and stony minerality, honeyed almond nut, seashells. Long powerful finish. Superbly honeyed yet precision acidity maintaining as it warms up with more air. Feather-light power. Already so drinkable with some air. Not a sin to drink this Chablis Grand Cru young, though it can certainly age if kept well. Apparently no oak used at all, all stainless steel. So the slight toast character is purely from the dense materiale.
