  Off the list at Authentique.
  
  There is a lovely deep dense green and red apple flavour to this with some refreshing marine air. On the palate a little pear, sweet lemon and a hint of nutmeg spice and even butterscotch join the festivities - nice silky mouthfeel giving good intensity but still Chablis lift.
  In a good spot but for drinking now.

  Citrus, apricot and sherry. Past peak and started to oxidize. Big aromas on nose and well-balanced.
