  A l'oeil, teinte pale, jeune, brillant et reflets à peine évolués.
  Austère, sérieux, froid. Ici pas de premox, mais un vin droit et en nuances qui délivre peu au nez, un peu fougère, iodé, marin, à peine agrume, poivre blanc.
  La bouche continue sur cette retenue, tout est finesse, discretion, nuances. La minéralité va le sauver, et sa longueur, étonnamment appuyée : ça file droit, ça triche pas, la pureté l'emporte de façon monacale, et c'est l'huitre qui reste un bon moment au palais!

  Citrus, ginseng, and minerality. Fresh, good structure and tension. Years of cellar aging potential.

  Premox premox, pourquoi ça arrive encore, surtout sur des domaines phares, au debut 2000 je comprenais le phénomène était nouveau, mais rendu en 2011 il me semble indécent d’un producteur aussi réputé et dispendieux comme dauvissat d’avoir encore ce problème.
