Last wine and scarce notes. Lackluster nose with marly minerality, nice and tangy, med. concentration, not bad, but doesn't show too well compared to the other GC and 1Cru Chablis. However, voted #3/13 by the group. DD, Capital Seafood BH
3 days later: Old character, darker, slight green, weedy nose with bitter tropical fruit, soft entry, but on the palate this was fantastic: earthy shrooms, slight candied aspect, long colorful finish. 92

Delicious. Crisp sweet lemon curd with good minerality and cut. But good fruit and in a great place for a nine year old wine. I had this after opening three corked Lafon Meursaults in a row so to say the least, I was very excited this was in pristine condition.

One of the best Faiveley Chablis I’ve had. Some richness and round fruit, but framed by acidity and a nice slate finish. Long finish. Developed nicely in the glass... the acidity and finish became more prominent and complex. Very well made.

made the mistake of drinking this too cold. as it opened it got better and better - more white stone fruit, acidity and mineral cut through it. when its too cold it lacked much expression. glad i have two more to try and will not make the same mistake again
