Decanted for about an hour - no sediment. Had with braised, stuffed flank steak and baked potatoes. Nice complexity and depth with integrated flavors of dark berries, dirt and leather. I was hoping for more of the classic tar but I didn't really detect that - gotta go to Nebbiolo for that, maybe. No indication that this is heading downhill at all.
